山西醫(yī)科大學(xué)國(guó)際學(xué)生考勤與考試紀(jì)律管理規(guī)定
為規(guī)范國(guó)際學(xué)生教育教學(xué)工作，嚴(yán)肅上課與考試紀(jì)律，制定本規(guī)定：
第一條 國(guó)際學(xué)生應(yīng)按時(shí)參加教學(xué)計(jì)劃規(guī)定的一切教學(xué)活動(dòng)，嚴(yán)格遵守課堂紀(jì)律，不得遲到、早退、無(wú)故缺席，遲到一次扣0.5分，曠課一次扣1分，遲到30分鐘以上者視為曠課，每節(jié)課簽到簽退，無(wú)故不簽到簽退者以曠課論處。學(xué)生每年綜合測(cè)評(píng)中出勤占比12.5%。扣分累計(jì)達(dá)到12.5分，予以開(kāi)除處理。任何學(xué)生一門(mén)課程請(qǐng)假（包括病假）超過(guò)8次，不允許參加該門(mén)課程的考試。
第二條 國(guó)際學(xué)生因病、因事不能參加教學(xué)活動(dòng)時(shí)，應(yīng)事先辦理請(qǐng)假手續(xù)，并獲得批準(zhǔn)，否則按曠課論處。
第三條 國(guó)際學(xué)生請(qǐng)假期滿(mǎn)應(yīng)及時(shí)辦理銷(xiāo)假手續(xù)。請(qǐng)假期滿(mǎn)仍不能返校學(xué)習(xí)者，按曠課論處。
第四條 國(guó)際學(xué)生考試由任課教師和輔導(dǎo)員共同負(fù)責(zé)監(jiān)考，輔導(dǎo)員為輔助監(jiān)考。監(jiān)考人員在考試前應(yīng)向國(guó)際學(xué)生強(qiáng)調(diào)考場(chǎng)紀(jì)律，并嚴(yán)格監(jiān)考，對(duì)于違犯考場(chǎng)紀(jì)律的國(guó)際學(xué)生，應(yīng)按照相關(guān)規(guī)定嚴(yán)肅處理。
第五條 本規(guī)定由學(xué)校國(guó)際教育學(xué)院負(fù)責(zé)解釋。
International Students Attendance and Examination Discipline Regulation
This provision is made in order to standardize the education and teaching of International students.
Article 1: Student should participate in all teaching activities on time and strictly obey the rules of the classroom. Do not be late, leave early for any reason or absent for no reason. Deduction of 0.5 for a late, 1 for absence and late for 30 minutes is regarded as absence. Student should sign on every class; no sign is regarded as absence. Students attendance takes up 12.5% of the total annual comprehensive test results. Students whose cumulative deduction accounts to 12.5 points will be expelled. If the student asks for leave,including sick leave,more than 8 times in each course,he is not allowed to take that exam.
Article 2: When a student is unable to attend teaching activities due to illness, he or she should apply for approval in advance.
Article 3: The expiry of the leave of absence for international students should be handled in time. A student who cannot return on time is regarded as absence.
Article 4: The examination is invigilated by the teacher and counselor. Examiners should emphasize the discipline of exams before the exam. Students who violate the discipline of the examination will be severely punished according to the relevant provisions.
Article 5: The regulations are to be explained by the International Education School.
